I needed a single command center to plan, assign, track, and report SEO deliverables across diverse client accounts — and rather than paying monthly enterprise subscriptions for generic project management software that lacked native SEO workflows, I engineered a purpose-built platform from the ground up.
What I Built: A Multi-Tenant SEO Operating System
A password-protected web application, deployed live on its own dedicated production domain with SSL, that orchestrates the entire SEO campaign delivery lifecycle. This is a genuine multi-tenant web application — not a static dashboard or read-only mock — featuring server-enforced role permissions, automated email notification dispatch, and an intelligent document-to-tasks ingestion pipeline.
Audit-to-Task Ingestion Engine
Drop in any client audit report (PDF, Word, Excel, CSV, Markdown, or raw text) and the system automatically parses recommendations into a clean, actionable task queue. Built to recognize structured technical recommendations, complete with a review interface to edit, merge, or discard items before persistence. It automatically detects or provisions the target client entity in the database.
Kanban Delivery & Execution Board
Deliverables flow seamlessly across intuitive status columns: To Do → In Progress → In Review → Completed. Every ticket is categorized by client, work stream (Technical SEO, Core Web Vitals, Content Optimization, Off-Page Authority), and urgency priority, backed by real-time completion velocity metrics.
Multi-Tenant RBAC with Per-Client Isolation
The product owner retains a global pan-client command view; invited team members and specialized contractors can strictly access only the specific clients explicitly assigned to them. This isolation is cryptographically validated at the database API layer on every server route, eliminating cross-client data leakage. Teammates receive instant email alerts upon @-mention assignment.
Automated Deadlines, Reminders & Accountability
Dynamic start and due dates power automated server-side email notifications: early reminder alerts dispatched 3 days prior to milestone deadlines, urgent escalations when a deliverable goes overdue, and an automated daily activity digest. An immutable audit log records every status change, timestamp, and author.
Executive Client Reporting & Portals
Any client's active milestone progress can be exported into professional PDF and CSV reports with a single click, or shared via a secure, view-only client link. This allows clients to track ongoing keyword and technical deliverables in real time with enterprise polish, without granting edit access to backend tools.

- Shipped as a True Production SaaS Product: Hosted on a dedicated domain with automated SSL certificate lifecycle management, database-backed authentication with hashed credentials, self-service email password resets, and verified DKIM/SPF domain records for transactional email delivery.
- Bank-Grade Server-Side Security: Tenant authorization rules are strictly enforced on backend database queries and API endpoints, never relying on superficial frontend UI hiding. A comprehensive automated end-to-end (E2E) test suite containing 40+ integration tests runs on every deployment to prevent regression breaks.
